Flexee — from an idea to a fintech platform engineered for scale.
As co-founder and CTO (2020–2022), I set the technology direction, built the engineering organisation, and architected a distributed serverless AWS platform with financial-grade controls. The foundation was designed for an employee base of around 500,000; today Flexee develops a benefits ecosystem spanning meal cards, cashback, gift cards, and on-demand pay.
